Greyhound Tips 19th November 2020

With all racing cancelled in South Australia for 6 days, and with Sandown racing on Fridays for the next two weeks, we are a little light on for city greyhound racing tonight across the nation. The highlight will be the Middle Distance Championship Final at Dapto, race 7 on their program, which has brought together a quality field indeed with all eight greyhounds considered a chance of victory. Tomorrow we will have an extensive preview of racing at Sandown, where 8 heats of the Melbourne Cup will be run, supported by 3 heats of the Bold Trease staying event. What a night of racing it will be, but firstly let us help build your bank for tomorrow night.

Dapto Race 4 No 8 Ritza Tommy $1.40 at PlayUp – Broke 30 seconds in his recent Wentworth Park victory two starts back before beginning slowly and then suffering a bad check at the first corner at his latest start when unplaced. He will find this a much easier assignment and from this draw he looks an absolute special. He may be short but it will help build the bank. Selections: 8-5-4-1.

Dapto Race 7 No 3 Zipping Truvy $3.80 at PlayUp – Racing very well but not finding the line first at her latest starts at this venue. Is she looking for more distance to return to the winners list? Can she settle closer tonight than she has been? We are sticking with her, and believe she can settle in the first 3 and this will allow her to finish over them in the straight to record a well-deserved victory. Selections: 3-1-6-7.

Dapto Race 8 No 7 Sunburnt Highway $3.60 at PlayUp – Veteran performer who is still racing in great heart, winning 6 of his last 7 starts. He is a winner of 8 races at this stack and distance, so he certainly knows his way around. Handles himself well in a field and should position near the lead around the first corner. Strong galloper. Selections: 7-2-8-6.

Albion Park Race 8 No 5 Security Code $26.00 at PlayUp – Racing well but with not a lot of luck. Powered to the line earlier in the week when placed second over the unsuitable 395 metres. The class tonight is much stronger, but at the huge each way odds, he does look nice value. Invest more heavily on the place than the win. Selections: 5-2-1-7.

Geelong Race 6 No 7 Silken $1.75 at PlayUp – Extremely talented galloper who has returned to racing in fine form, recording two very impressive wins at this track over the 460 metres. Even better suited tonight over the 520, she has the speed to find the early lead and that should be game set match. Keep following this girl, many wins in store in the coming months. Selections: 7-1-8-2.
