To make the Draftstars game sharper and fairer heading into this tournament, we’ve made a couple of small but important updates to our scoring system:
• Penalty Saves have been removed from Goalkeepers’ scoring. Normal GK saves remain.
• Penalty Miss and Penalty Conceded have been removed from outfield players’ scoring.
These adjustments streamline the scoring and reduce the impact of high-variance, low-frequency events, giving more consistent weight to overall performance across the 90 minutes.
The core fantasy experience you love — building line-ups, chasing big scores, and competing for CASH prize pools — remains the same.
This World Cup return is only the beginning. We’re actively working on expanding Draftstars Daily Fantasy Football into more of the world’s biggest competitions.
