Greyhound Tips 15th October 2020

There may be no million dollar purses on offer tonight for the winners but we still have a very interesting night of greyhound racing proposed across the country, highlighted by the final of the Tasmanian St Leger at Hobart and another prelude of the 2020 Melbourne Cup at Sandown Park.Tomorrow night there is a massive night of racing scheduled with finals of the Million Dollar Chase and the Sydney Cup being held at Wentworth Park, whilst at Geelong we see heats of their Cup, Derby & Oaks all on the same program. Despite it appearing to be a relatively quiet tonight, we believe we have identified five winners for the punters to help keep their pockets full.

Wagga Race 7 #7 Got A Clue $4.20 at PlayUp – Strong maiden winner last start at this track over the short course who appears even better suited to the extra journey and his wide draw tonight. Locally trained galloper. Selections: 7-1-2-6.

Warrnambool Race 7 #3 Nebraska Nell $3.60 at PlayUp– Very consistent short courser who has not enjoyed the best of luck early in both her recent placings at this track and distance. Appears to be slightly less early speed in this field and we believe this can allow her to find the lead and allow her to establish a winning break on her rivals. Selections: 3-2-1-7.

Sandown Race 6 #1 It’s My Party $2.60 at PlayUp – First time at the distance tonight, we have no doubt in time this girl will be a first class stayer. We believe she can lead with ease tonight which will leave her a sitting duck for the more seasoned stayers in the field but we are counting on her establishing a big enough lead to hang on. Selections: 1-6-2-8.

Sandown Race 8 #4 Get It Gizo $4.40 at PlayUp– Former top liner who only recently returned to racing after six month on the sidelines due to injury. No luck last start at Wentworth Park in a heat of the Million Dollar Chase and despite the middle draw will find this task much easier. Very strong galloper. Selections: 4-1-5-8.

Dapto Race 7 #7 Zipping Truvy $3.00 at PlayUp – Despite taking on track specialist Cawborne Footrot, we have great confidence that this girl can get the job done tonight. Enjoyed no luck on Friday night in her semi-final of the MDC, but she still hit the line very strongly. The step up in distance tonight suits perfectly. Good excellent value. Selections: 7-8-2-4.
