Today’s EPL Best Bets Explained

Man United vs. Leicester BTTS (Yes) – 1.68 @ PlayUp

There’s still plenty for these two teams to play for with a top four place the aim for United, and a strong end to the season the goal for the visitors after a below par campaign so far. The last four meetings between United and the Foxes have seen both teams score and a combined 17 goals in total. The goals seem to flow when these two teams come together and with Ronaldo, Fernandes, Maddison and Barnes on display, we fully expect the same pattern to play out at Old Trafford on Saturday.

Tip: Two unpredictable teams but plenty of attacking intent on both sides means we’re backing both teams to score.

Chelsea vs Brentford Over 2.5 Goals – 1.88 @ PlayUp

Despite their off-field problems, Chelsea have been motoring along nicely. Thomas Tuchel’s team have posted six successive wins in all competitions averaging 3 goals per game. They meet a Brentford team who themselves have found their scoring touch of late with six goals in their past 3 games. Responsible for 5 of those is striker Ivan Toney who has taken his tally to eleven for the season and is among the most feared strikers in the country on current form.

Tip: An intriguing clash between “The Blues” and “The Bees” where we are expecting goals aplenty.

Leeds to beat Southampton – 2.40 @ PlayUp

It’s two wins from as many games for new Leeds manager Jesse Marsch who has his new team moving up and away from the bottom of the EPL standings. Saturday’s opponents, Southampton, on a four-game losing streak in league and cup, represent perfect opponents for Leeds to continue their recent upturn in results and march up the table.

Tip: With momentum and home support behind them, there’s great value in backing the Leeds win.
