NBA – Milwaukee Bucks @ Charlotte Hornets
The Hornet and Bucks meet for the second time in as many days in Charlotte, with the visitors looking to get one back after being caught in a very tough spot in the previous meeting.
Milwaukee closed 1.5 point underdogs in that one as they played the second night of a back-to-back and their third game in four nights. They were also undermanned and will likely get Donte DiVincenzo & Pat Connaughton back this time around to help deal with Charlotte’s guard heavy offence.
Kelly Oubre Jr is out for Charlotte and this line still seems a point or two shy of where it would have been had the Bucks not been caught out with a rough spot last time.

Horse racing – Kilmore
This 3-year-old gelding out of the newly formed Simon Zahra yard was an eye catcher on debut.
Settled 3 pairs back the fence and didn’t appreciate being inside horses, but once he got clear running he hit the line strongly.
Today with barrier 7 I expect him to be following or just outside the favourite Seacole, who is another nice 3-year-old but at the current odds I think this guy can salute at just his second race start. Also gets the jockey upgrade with Damian Lane now in the saddle.

Quantrell $21 –> $10.00
This 7-year-old gelding out of the Jody Thompson yard has been a nice go and easy to see why.
Our smart punters were happy to take the $21 when markets opened as this consistent gelding returns to his home track where he has four starts for three second-place finishes.
He likes to bowl along in front and looks to get a soft uncontested lead today – still looks a good each way bet at the what should be a double figure jumping price.
